PROCESSING TIME:

“When will my order ship?”
• Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. All orders are custom made immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed.
• Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days.
• Orders are shipped via USPS.
• We are not responsible for orders lost, mishandled, or misplaced by USPS.
• If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
• Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping methods choices and prices.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
