What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 7-14 business days for production time for your order to ship out.
Tracking numbers will be updated 2-4 days after your order has been SHIPPED.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Yes, you may return your unworn item within 7 days for a credit only.

There are no refunds. 

To exchange, please contact for return instructions.

Items must be in new unused conditions.

Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing & incoming). If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges do apply. 
  • If the exchange includes a new item at an additional cost an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost.
  • Once items are received please allow 5-10 days for processing.

Can I cancel my order?
Each order starts production immediately after your order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. Please email:

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Can I Place An Order Over The Phone?

At this time, our website is the only way to place an order.
